Lake District Realty is a specialty service designed specifically to meet the needs of Sellers and Buyers of Waterfront properties. Since 1987 Lake District Realty has been a member of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Canadian Real Estate Association and is a member of the Multiple Listing Service. The OwnersAlison Robinson established Lake District Realty in 1987 to serve the very specific needs of rural real estate in the Lake District located north of Kingston, Ontario. Her background includes Parks and Recreation training, working primarily for Municipalities. A decade was spent owning and operating a successful area business and approximately 20 years in real estate as Broker of Record of Lake District Realty. “People have made my life in Real Estate interesting because people are interesting.” Matthew Robinson was born and raised in the area and is passionate about the outdoors. His personal interest and education have developed a specific knowledge of the lakes and geography of the region. He is a Queen's graduate, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography/GIS. Matthew specializes in waterfront development properties, waterfront residential homes and recreational properties. “I have traveled the world and come back to realize that the Lake District that I live and work in can't be matched.” StaffOur administration and marketing staff come highly trained and maintain a high quality of service to the public throughout the buying and selling process.
